Instructions for filling the balloons: Screw the bend valve onto the bottle. Turn the green cap on the top of the helium tank all the way open. This will not release any gas! Pull the balloon neck over the black rubber valve and press it tightly against the valve. Carefully push the balloon neck together with the black rubber valve until helium flows into the balloon. Fill the balloon to the desired size, then simply knot the balloon or tie it with balloon ribbon. When you are done filling the balloons, simply reseal the green cap.
